Prof. Tegene Desalegn

Prof. Tegene Desalegn is an Inorganic Chemist. After his PhD studies, he has been serving as lecturer, and researcher in ASTU. He has served as Dean of College of Applied Natural Science in ASTU and currently serves as Dean of Research Park and Technology Transfer of the University. He has been involved in a committee to establish Chemistry laboratories in Adama Science and Technology University. Prof. Tegene has worked as PI of consultancy service projects for chemical industry corporation, Ethiopia. He has been engaged as a PI and Co-PI of four ASTU funded projects. He has supervised a number of BSc, MSc and PhD students. Prof. Tegene has so far published more than 45 articles in high-impact factor journals. He has also two patents registered.
