- Guidance on arrival procedures and reporting requirements
Upon arrival, host institutions provide welcoming support to help scholarship holders settle into the new academic and cultural environment.

Host institutions provide guidance on available accommodation options and settlement arrangements. Support may include:
- Information on university residence facilities, where available
- Guidance on private accommodation options
- Arrival and settling-in information
- Campus orientation
- Local transport and safety guidance

3. Visa, Residence, and Research Permit Support
RAMDDA and the host institutions provide guidance to scholarship holders who require visas, residence permits, study permits, or research permits.

The language of instruction for each programme or host institution will be indicated under the relevant study and research opportunity information.

Scholarship holders may have access to institutional services and facilities at the host institution, subject to institutional rules and availability. These may include:
